GLIDERAIL
Three large tapered rails along the sole of each HALO XL Hybrid provide optimal contact with the ball and clean interaction with the ground. Each rail is designed to glide smoothly through the ground so you can maintain clubhead speed and keep the face square at impact. Plus, they are very helpful in thick grass or any tough situation.
MAINFRAME XL
Each HALO XL Hybrid offers maximum distance with more forgiveness, thanks to MainFrame XL. MainFrame XL uses a variable thickness face pattern that expands and reshapes the sweet spot for better energy transfer across the face. Inside the clubhead, Al helped us find the best spot to place weight pads for long, high ball flight.
XL HEAD DESIGN
These reworked XL head designs allow us to move more mass away from the centre of the club. This increases MOI, providing more forgiveness and consistency with every shot. They also feature our HiBore Crown Step, which further lowers the centre of gravity in the clubhead for longer, straighter ball flight. Plus, deeper faces create a larger and more forgiving strike area.
REBOUND FRAME
Unlike other clubs, the HALO XL Hybrids have the unique ability to flex twice at impact thanks to Rebound Frame. Like a spring within a spring, Rebound Frame adds another layer of flexibility that sits just behind the face, supported by extra stiffness at the back of the clubhead. At the moment of impact, these flex zones are activated simultaneously, increasing the amount of energy transferred into the ball.
ACTION MASS CB
Action Mass CB places an 8-gram counterweight at the end of the shaft near the top of your grip. The added weight feeling in your hands helps the club feel lighter, promoting a more stable and controlled backswing. It also helps to encourage a more inside swing path, a squarer clubface at impact, and ultimately, straighter shots.
